👋 I'm Chris.
I'm not coaching from the sidelines. I'm still working full time, leading marketing and technology across New Zealand and Australia.
My own path went from market research into management consulting, then into a cross-functional career across marketing, digital strategy and product. I've changed direction more than once, so I know how it feels to be in a role that isn't quite right.

Questions
Do I need to already work in marketing, tech or creative?
No. Plenty of people I work with are trying to break in, whether they're graduates or moving across from another field. We'll work out how your existing skills transfer.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on what you're working on. One session suits a specific question. For a bigger change, the three-session programme gives you time to plan, act and adjust.
What does it cost?
Your first 20-minute Next Move Call is free. After that, sessions are $179 for 60 minutes, pay as you go. The three-session CareerMate Programme is $499 (a $38 saving) and includes 3 months of follow-up support.
Are sessions online?
Yes, sessions are live online, so you can join from anywhere in New Zealand or Australia. If you're in Auckland, we can meet in person too.
What if I don't get the outcome I wanted?
I'll keep working with you. If you're not getting the result you expected after the programme, I'll offer further sessions free of charge.
