👋 I'm Chris.
I'm not doing this from the sidelines. I'm still working full time, leading marketing and technology across New Zealand and Australia.
My path went from market research into management consulting, then into a cross-functional career across marketing, digital strategy, product, go-to-market and business development. Today, a big part of my role is putting automation and AI to work in a real business.
I run CareerMate as my own small business too, so I know what it's like to wear every hat. I'm based in Auckland and I'm an internationally certified professional coach with the ICC.

No. Every session is pay as you go. Book one, see if it helps, and come back when you need to.
Will you do the marketing for me?
I'll help you build the plan, set up the tools and templates, and show you how to run them. The aim is for you to own it, not depend on an agency.
I'm not very technical. Is AI really for me?
Yes. We start with the simple, practical stuff that saves you time straight away, like drafting posts and emails, answering enquiries, or tidying up admin.
Are sessions online?
