👋I’m Chris.
I am still working full time, currently leading a team across New Zealand and Australia. I have spent the last decade supporting people through career change alongside my own. I am not doing this from the sidelines. I know how it feels to be in a role that is not quite right, because I have changed direction myself more than once, and I am still changing.
My own path went from market research, into management consulting, and then into a cross functional career across marketing, digital strategy, and product. Somewhere in there, friends and family started asking me for advice, and that turned into CareerMate.
I am based in Auckland and I am an internationally certified professional coach with the ICC. Since starting CareerMate, I have helped people land roles in new industries, start side businesses, and get their confidence back after a rough patch.
