Hi, I'm Chris Casey. I've hired, been hired, changed careers and started a business.

I'm the founder of CareerMate and an ICC-certified coach based in Auckland. I'm still working full time, leading marketing and technology teams across New Zealand and Australia. That's what makes my coaching practical.

Why I started CareerMate

The practical, down-to-earth mate I wish I'd had.

Over the last decade, friends, family and colleagues kept asking me for career and business advice.

I noticed we all face the same big moments: changing jobs, changing careers, starting something of our own, or feeling stuck.

Most coaching I saw was either too theoretical or too far removed from today's workplace. So I built CareerMate to be the practical, down-to-earth "mate" I wish I'd had, for Kiwis and Aussies at those turning points.
