Early in my career, I faced that very struggle. So, I made a change and transitioned from market research to management consulting, eventually leading to a cross-functional career path in marketing, digital strategy, and product management.
Today, I lead a team across New Zealand and Australia in this space. Naturally, I started helping friends and family navigate their own career transitions. It became clear there wasn’t enough support for people trying to up-skill and reframe their transferable skills.
